Learning to Drive a Manual Car

Today Marshall's dad taught us how to drive a manual car. We wanted to learn in case we can only rent a manual car abroad. When Marshall asked his dad how I did he said "I think Shelly needs less practice than you". HAHA! Marshall won't admit that he stalled the car like 10 times (whereas I didn't at all). What can I say, I'm a natural!

We also spent some time catching up with Marshall's grandparents and cousins. Tyson had a blast with his cousin, Emily. He also clicked with Marshall's dad right away, especially since he showed Tyson all of his animals. Tomorrow we will be making the 8 hour drive back to Van Alstyne, TX to stay with Marshall's grandparents for the next two nights before we fly to New York on Wednesday. We're excited for the next leg to begin!
